Enable a shared warehouse for a workspace and choose which tables that workspace may use.

Why it matters

Least privilege keeps sensitive tables out of workspaces that do not need them.

How to use

  1. Open Workspace access.
  2. Enable the warehouse for this workspace.
  3. Select tables and save.
  4. Refresh the list if offered.

Success check: Editors in that workspace see the source in pickers.

Common mistakes

  • Enabling the wrong workspace.
  • Exposing all tables by default.
