In Organization sharing, enable a shared warehouse for this workspace and choose allowed tables—similar to connector grants, but for org-level warehouses.

Why it matters

Lets multiple workspaces reuse one shared connection without duplicating setup.

When to use

  • Your org registered a shared warehouse.
  • This workspace should use a subset of that catalog.

How to use

  1. Open Organization sharing → Workspace access.
  2. Enable the warehouse for this workspace.
  3. Select allowed tables.
  4. Save and refresh the list if offered.

Success check: Members can use the shared warehouse in modeling and query flows.

Common mistakes

  • Enabling access in the wrong workspace.
  • Exposing more tables than the team needs.
