Getting started

Get access

Depends on invitation timing; accepting an invite is a few minutes.

Organizations join Afialytics through an approval and invitation path—not by opening a public sign-up and creating an org alone. Public CTAs may ask you to join the waitlist, request early access, request a demo, or start a free trial when that option is offered.

Why it matters

Access is granted to real teams so the first workspace and trial land on the right organization.

When to use

  • You are evaluating Afialytics for your company.
  • You received an invitation email or link.
  • You want a free trial when that path is available.

How to use

  1. From the marketing site, use the primary CTA: Join the waitlist, Request Access, Request a demo, or Start free trial when shown.
  2. Waitlist: submit your name and work email and wait to be contacted.
  3. Request early access (when offered): submit full name, work email, company, and role. The team reviews the request and sends an invitation when access is available (often within a few business days).
  4. Free trial (when offered): choose Start free / Prefer free trial, then continue on the trial sign-in path. No credit card is required for the 7-day organization trial.
  5. When you receive an invitation: open the link, create a strong password (or join with your existing account if you already have one), then sign in.
  6. After sign-in, complete Workspace setup to finish organization details and start the trial.

Click path

  1. Waitlist — Homepage or /waitlist → name + work email.
  2. Request early access — /request-access → name, work email, company, role.
  3. Free trial — Pricing or demo page → Start free / Prefer free trial when those CTAs are shown.
  4. Invitation — Open invite link → Accept invitation → Sign in → Workspace setup.
  5. Already invited — Sign in from /auth. Public create-account on login stays closed while acquisition is waitlist or Request Access.

Success check: You can sign in and reach Workspace setup or your organization workspace.

Common mistakes

  • Expecting open self-serve sign-up on the login page when public CTAs point to waitlist or Request Access.
  • Trying to create a workspace before accepting the organization invitation.
  • Ignoring the invitation email and waiting for a generic sign-up form.
