Modeler turns raw tables into business-friendly models that Ask Oma and dashboard Semantic tiles can reuse.

Why it matters

One published definition beats five conflicting spreadsheet versions of the same KPI.

When to use

  • You need trusted metrics across the team.
  • Dashboards should use Semantic fields instead of one-off SQL.

How to use

  1. Create a model from selected tables.
  2. Define dimensions and measures.
  3. Add joins or formulas if needed.
  4. Publish and validate with a sample question.

Click path

  1. Left nav → Modeler.

Success check: Published models appear in Semantic pickers and Ask Oma contexts.

Modeler library and publish action.
