Onboarding has two layers: Workspace setup (organization + first workspace + trial), then activation inside the app (connect data, catalog, first successful query or dashboard).

Why it matters

Teams that finish invitation and setup early get a working trial and avoid half-configured connectors.

When to use

  • You just accepted an organization invitation.
  • You started a free trial when that path was offered.
  • You need to finish connecting data after setup.

How to use

  1. Accept the invitation and sign in.
  2. Complete Workspace setup (organization, workspace, cloud platform).
  3. Confirm the 7-day trial is active.
  4. Connect or review shared data.
  5. Refresh the catalog and grant table access.
  6. Optional: publish a starter model.
  7. Open Home or Ask Oma and run a first question.

Success check: You can answer a real business question with live data during the trial.
