Most connection issues come from credentials, network reachability, missing grants, or a catalog that was never applied.

Why it matters

Fixing setup early unblocks everyone who depends on the source.

How to use

  1. Re-run Test connection and verify host, database, and credentials.
  2. Confirm Import was applied after the last refresh.
  3. Confirm Access includes the tables you query.
  4. If the host is private, confirm the Connector Agent is available.
  5. Try a simple query or Ask Oma question again.

Success check: Connection tests pass and queries return expected rows.

Common mistakes

  • Changing the password in the warehouse but not updating it in Afialytics.
